Quick answers
- How do I get on the leaderboard? Open the Ranks tab and pick a username. That joins you and submits your best scores.
- Can I change my name? Your first name is free when you join. To change it later, tap your name at the top to open your profile, then tap the edit icon. Renaming costs coins.
- How do coins and rewards work? You earn coins by playing and spend them in the Shop on themes and patterns. You also unlock exclusive cosmetics, titles, and avatar frames by completing achievements on the Reward Road in your profile.
- Lost my run? Quitting saves your run for each mode. A Daily run resets with the new puzzle each day, so finish it before the day rolls over.
- Report an offensive name or player. We do not tolerate objectionable display names or abusive behavior. Email us with the name and, if you can, a screenshot. We remove offending content and can block repeat offenders. See our Terms of Service.
- Delete my data? In the App, tap your name, then Delete my data to erase your cloud backup, leaderboard entries, and local data. You can also email us with your display name, or uninstall the App to clear local data.
